Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Great location, staffs are very nice and helpful, facilities are well maintained.

They have flat screen tvs, which are not in the pics

The soda machine wouldn't take bills, only change and the motel complained about it too.

Totally recommend for a city escape

Affordable hotel, friendly staff, with clean rooms that include essential amenities like a refreshing shower and free parking. It's also conveniently located just 21 km from the nearest airport.

Relatively quiet.. The woman at the front desk was helpful and pleasant to deal with..

The deposit is over inflated... Nothing in the place is worth $150.00

The location was comfy and peaceful for exploring this secure area, just next door to fast food restaurants, regular family restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and the Tyler Mall, and a nice area. My well-kept room was good-sized and beds were comfortable.

I recently stayed here and appreciated the clean room, friendly staff, and the respectful security. However, the parking situation could be improved, as it felt unsafe at times.

Very clean and we'll maintained. I appreciated the breakfast as it included protien options.

Good value on a good motel

Close to the freeway, walkable to bars, restaurants and shops, but quiet at night. Good sized rooms.

We visited the mall nearby and enjoyed the local dining scene. The staff was friendly, and the location made it easy to get around. It's great for a laid-back group vacation, though keep in mind the breakfast options are limited.

Rules here. Rules there. No this and don't do that. No guest. We were in town visiting family. But couldn't have them come to the motel to met us? I felt like I was living in my parents house. I'm 57! Housekeeping was unfriendly as was desk clerk. Watched by desk clerk and even stopped and turned around because I forgot something and she was right there watching me. I had stayed here last year for my nephew's wedding and don't remember all the rules. I was there for 4 or 5 days last year.

Value for $; location; cleanliness. Receptionist was helpful.

A/C needed some attn; fortunately, was cool but could only turn it off vs reaching set temp. Bathroom fan was very noisy. Did mention both of these maintenance items to the receptionist when checking out as how else would you know? Would have liked coffee in room vs. only tea...not always convenient to go to lobby. Vending machine did not accept dollar bills.

We had a wonderful stay with comfy beds and the kids loved the pool area. Free parking was a nice bonus. The outdoor swimming area was perfect for relaxation after a long day. The only downside was the breakfast options, which could use a little variety. 😊
